- Performance / Rehearsal (up to 8 hours)*: The greater of $1,000 or 10% of ticket sales.
- Excess Hours: $100 per hour.
- Cleaning Fee: Minimum $150 per performance / rehearsal.
- Merchandise (sold by renter): 15% of gross sales revenue.
- Merchandise (sold by LOH): 20% of gross sales revenue plus associated staff costs.
- Seat Setup: $10 per seat.
- General LOH staff: $25/hour.
- Sound, Light, Electrical and Technical Staff: Contracted directly with LOH preferred suppliers.
- Other Requirements: Will be considered and charged accordingly.
All fees subject to HST.
* Fundraisers benefiting the community of Lunenburg are eligible for base fee discounts up to 25%.
